REFUND POLICY/FAQ

                     Refund Policy 

Unfortunately,  do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please email momminalatte@gmail.com within three days of receiving. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for email inquiries.

We do our best with quality control, but we are human. Once you receive your package, please inspect it right away after opening & contact us via EMAIL within three days of receiving if you have any issues. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, and odors. It must be in the same condition that you received. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. 

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a return/exchange to be processed once received. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. If it has been past 14 calendar days since your order, it is no longer eligible for a refund/exchange.

Lost/Damaged Packages

Mommin' a Latte is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Once it has been marked by carrier (USPS or UPS) there will be tracking available via email if you provided email information at the time of purchase. If carrier has lost package, please contact carrier and make a claim with them. We are not responsible for replacing items. 

Order Edits/Cancellations 

Our shop does not accept returns, exchanges or edits to orders. Please make sure you take your time at checkout and order sizes you need. Each description has measurements of tees. We cannot add coupons after you have submitted your order. Once your order is placed, it is processed and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Shipping

The goal is a two-three business day turnaround for fulfillment unless otherwise advised of more (on ready to ship items). This timeframe is prior to USPS scanning your package in to their system. In times of high volume this can increase up to one business week. If you notice an increased delay, contact momminalatte@gmail.com. Please note that, priority shipping will not impact the turnaround on any pre-ordered items until the order is complete and ready to ship. 

 Preorders

Pre-ordered items will be be titled pre-orders or will be in the description. If ready to ship and pre-ordered items are combined, you can expect your package to ship when all items are ready to go. If you do not want to wait for the pre-order item, I recommend you make two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for in stock items. Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled, edited or refunded. 

Please keep in mind that sometimes fluctuations in shipment times can occur. All pre-orders are made to order. It is possible to have occasional delays that are outside of my control. In the event that delays occur, I will notify you via email. Please note, pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Garment Care

We recommend to wash apparel on a delicate cycle, cold wash inside out & dry on delicate cycle. We are not responsible for any damage done after washing.  Please keep in mind that some fading/wear may occur after washing. 

Jewelry Care

Please keep in cool dry place. Remove before swimming or showering. Do not spray perfume, lotion or sunscreen directly on jewelry. Natural wear of jewelry may occur.
